hello, my name is rohimat jaya saputra. I can not speak English. but I want to tell people in the world about how to recover from gerd and anxiety. how to recover from gerd anxiety is by changing an unhealthy lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle. there are 3 healthy lifestyles. dietary habit. mindset. lifestyle. let's discuss these three patterns.

[A.] Diet

1. Avoid taboos

2. natural food / vegetables / fruit

3. Eat often but in small portions

4. Eat before hunger stops before full

5. Avoid stinging cooking spices

6. Avoid junk food and medicine stalls

7. Drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses

8. If there are foods that are not suitable, stop

9. Consumption of vitamins & immune system

[B.] Mindset

1. Don't stress managing your mind

2. Think positive always

3. Don't feel much

4. Don't panic when I'm sorry

5. Think of all symptoms as normal

6. When anxiety / fear arises then the opponent !!

7. Do not follow the feeling of sadness and anxiety

8. Much interact with the community

9. A lot of worship strengthens faith

10. Stop google disease search

11. Temporary exit from the Gerd Anxiety group

12. Don't believe in a medicine man

14. Watch lots of funny videos

15. Calm the mind of meditation practice

16. Learn to think like a normal person

[C.] Lifestyle

1. Sleep at least 8 hours a night

2. Sleeping on a raised pillow

3. Exercise every day / sweat

4. Diaphragm breathing exercises every 2 hours

5. Regular activities but not heavy ones

6. Don't get cold with a jacket

7. Use a raincoat while traveling far despite the heat

8. Sleep using a thick blanket to keep the temperature warm
